Jay's opinion
The strength points of Lotte department store Inchoen are simple a structure and various items. Sinsegae department store located close from Lotte is 2 times bigger than Lotte and the structure is a little complex, so it's not easy to find the exits and items you want and very crowded. Compared to that, Lotte is smaller but has various and better items and not crowded, so it's convenient for shopping.
