Good restaurant in Bupyeong, Incheon

Good place to eat pork belly, one of the most popular food in Korea


Koreans love pork belly. It's really delicious. 
It's a just roasted pork without any ingredient. But you eat it with many other sauce or vegetables.
I think when Korean people gather for a meal, their most common choice is to go to the pork belly restaurant. And there, they eat pork drinking Soju.
If you never try eating Korean pork belly, you can't say that you've experienced Korea.
And this 'Choigozip' restaurant is one of the famous pork belly restaurants in Incheon.

Last weekend, I met my ex-colleagues.
It reminded me of old days...

When I worked at that company, it was hard but I learned a lot and could meet good friends.




When you work at some company, you get to meet strange people too
but I think I was lucky to meet these guys.

Anyway,
We went to 'Choigozip (최고집)' in Bupyeong.

We ordered pork belly called 'Samgyupsal (삼겹살)'
The quality was not bad.

Staff put some leek and Kim-chi around the pork.



Looks good, doesn't it?



Sauce for pork belly. But I don't eat this.
I prefer to eat pork belly with Lettuce, bean paste, pepper and garlic ^^

I ordered hot pepper as I personally prefer hot one,




Leek salad.
It was fresh and good.
(This is for eating with pork, not for just eating this only)




Radish salad. Eating this with pork makes pork more delicious.
It tastes very fresh.



Bean sprout soup was also good.



Korean miso soup (bean paste soup)




Egg custard. It is necessary when you eat pork belly... but it was so so.

I also ordered Hangjeongsal (another part of pork)
and I ate crazy~~ ^^





I know that the head restaurant of Choigozip is located in Dongincheon.
Anyway, I ate a lot.

Frankly speaking, I don't usually eat meat for my health condition..

But this restaurant was pretty good.

Choigozip is so normal.
It doesn't have any feature.
So I thought that introducing a standard pork belly restaurant would also be useful for foreigners.
But don't get me wrong. 
I'm not saying that this restaurant is bad.
Foods there are not disappointing.
Just... it's so~ normal and standard. Ha Ha~

- How much is it?
  =얼마입니까?

- Water please.
  =물 주세요.

- Where is the toilet?
  =화장실은 어디입니까?

 -Would you remove this fire?
  =불 좀 빼주세요.
