A good restaurant in Bupyeong, Incheon -Gobchang Story (곱창이야기)
Delicious and Cheap Gobchang
Gobchang is the small intestines of cattle. It might look bizarre if you look at it the first time. But it is a delicious traditional food in Korea and many Koreans eat this with Soju. This food used to be rather expensive food, but recently restaurants selling delicious and cheap Gobchang are opening around the country.
Among them Gobchang Story(곱창이야기) is the most popular one in Incheon. This restaurant serves delicious and cheap Gobchang with special powder they invented to remove the bad smell of Gobchang.
If you want to try Gobchang, Gobchang Story would be a good choice.

I visited this restaurant again
because this restaurant is always crowded with people
and when I had visited last time, I had liked it.
It's located at a very good spot and always crowded
This restaurant sells nice and cheap Gobchang(곱창), the small intestines of cattle.
This time, I ordered Gobchang set but I think the best menu is normal Gobchang.
It was the freshest Gobchang I have ever had.
I think this is the most popular Gobchang restaurant in Bupyeong.
Since when I searched online, this restaurant came on the top of the list.
(I assume that this shop is directly managed by headoffice)
Sitting around table, the spicy and salty soup named Sunjiguk(선지국) is served.
While the main dish, Gobchang, being ready, we were eating this soup with Soju.
Gobchang Set for 3 people. (15,000 won per one person)
The white powder is their specialty.
While waiting for Gobchang to be cooked, you can eat rice cake on the top first.
It's full with Gob(곱).
I prefer Gobchang(대창) to Daechang(대창) since Daechang is too oily.
I can't understand why Daechang is more expensive than Gobchang.
The red one is Yeomtong, which was fresh, too.
The more people visit here, the fresher the ingredient would be.
Because there is no leftover.
Seeing the photos again, I want to eat this agin.
I recommend you to order normal Gobchang, not Gobchang Set.
This restaurant's best menu is just Gobchang.
